At Funky Sock Co, we want your feet to be as happy as they are stylish. If your new socks aren't the perfect fit or pattern, you can return or exchange any unworn, tagged items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your socks are in their original packaging, unworn, and still have the cardboard headers attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or store credit.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, secure the items in a mailer, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Get Paid

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your digital gift card within 3-5 business days.
